Spring gets earlier and earlier - my how the climate is changing. Despite our best efforts at Kyoto we continue to pollute our world and the atmosphere with gases and chemicals. The American's and the Chinese are the worlds worst polluters in that order and neither of them would sign up to the Kyoto agreement to prevent the emission of gases whic are causing holes to appear in the ozone layer. The effects - global warming, increased flooding and a massive rise in the number of skin cancers.

Africa will become a desert and the most sought after resource on our planet will not be oil but drinking water. Mass emmigration from Africa to the north will ensue putting tremendous pressures on governments and peoples. And large areas will disappear under sea water.

Yet that pragmatic lille rat upstairs is even renaging on his Kyoto promises, as he usually renages on everything he tells the British public that he intends to do. He has welched out on fox hunting and The House of Lord's reform is a diaster. It will be hand picked by him and therefore, like the Labour Party, will be full of Tony's cronies.

Yet, despite his best efforts, I have introduced a minimum wage, massively increased our overseas aid budget and I am attempting to tackle the third world's debt problem and helped the old aged pensioners and provided the best childcare the nation has ever known.
