Unlucky Thirteen!

After many years of research I now understnd the meaning of this term. If you hold a bottle of wine or beer or gin or whatever, in the pouring position(If you will excuse the KamA Satra extract) until it is empty thereagter you will get exactly thirteen drips before it srops dripping. Go on try it.
